The BDS Fund work in collaboration with the Regional Offices of EMPRETEC Ghana Foundation and Business Advisory Centres of NBSSI in parts of the country where they are operational. These provide support to the BDS Fund Head Office in reaching every part of the country, to give the opportunity to all qualifying companies to access the Fund.

Officers in these Regional Offices and Antennae locations have been trained and accredited to promote the Fund, offer support to applicants in developing appropriate terms of reference for the projects, receive applications and check them for accuracy both in form and substance, undertake verification visits to beneficiary working places, and send the grant-related returns to the BDS Fund Head Office for evaluation.

Personnel from selected business membership organisations (Association of Ghana Industries, Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry) have also been trained and accredited to offer handholding services to their own members in completing their grant application forms and developing terms of reference for their projects.
